Justin Wyatt Law and staff did an excellent job helping us get through all the legal and medical issues after my accident. I was surprised that they even contacted salvage companies and got the bids on my totaled vehicle. They sent me the information on the best bid and all the contact information. All I had to do was sign the vehicle over to the salvage company and tell them when and where to pick the vehicle up. We got over $7,000 for a 1997 Toyota T100 4x4 with 5-speed transmission with over 200,000 miles. Wyatt Injury Law did not take a percentage of this. All the other firms would not help with the disposal of the vehicle, they said that was up to me to deal with. I don't think I would have gotten more than a couple hundred dollars at a wrecking yard myself.That was just the beginning. They negotiated my physical therapy and chiropractic bill and my hospital bill down substantially. They cleared up some misunderstandings I had with some medicare correspondence we had gotten, which was a bit of a scare for us. Last, but not least, by no means, they found that the hospital had over charged my insurance by over $900. I will be getting a check in the mail for the amount of the overcharge, and there was not a percentage taken out of that. WOW!In the beginning, Mr Wyatt came to my home and explained the procedure without a lot of legal ease. When he did use terms I did not understand he would explain and answer my questions respectfully and thoroughly. When everything was completed he came to my home again and explained how the settlement broke down and how much we would receive. We signed the papers and he handed us our check. From start to finish there was no traffic to deal with and no sitting in an office waiting. I would recommend Wyatt Injury Law, PLLC to anyone needing help with any injury case that they may have.
